Four days after she was shot, Lolita Callender called Lola Doll is doing better according to a statement issued by the Guyana Police Force.
According to the police, after receiving updates from doctors overseeing her treatment at the Georgetown Public Hospital that said her condition had improved, investigators were able to interview her.
The Police said the first suspect taken into custody was released on $500,000 station bail with conditions after the 72 hours detention timeline elapsed. The so far unnamed suspect is expected to report to the police station.
However, the second suspect Paul Daby Jr. known as Randell remains in custody.
Callender, a mother of four was shot multiple times as she sat in her car in front of her Texas Square, East Ruimveldt home last Saturday night.
