Two young men were left with injuries following an accident involving a motorcycle and a concrete mixer truck at Supply, East Bank Demerara.
The truck, bearing registration number GAM 4436, was reportedly driven by a foreign national, who was seen assisting police with their investigation at the accident scene. The motorcycle’s registration number was GS 7133.
The two young men were flung from the motorcycle on impact. One landed in a roadside drain overgrown with dry grass, while the other landed at the corner of the road, and in obvious pain with visible injuries to his face.
More information will be provided once police issue an official release.
